Plan Submittal Requirements

The following information must be submitted with applicable permit application(s):

A Critical Area Buffer Management Plan. A step-by-step guide is available.
A Site Plan identifying trees to be removed and/or area of vegetation removal. A Property & Topo map can be downloaded from the county interactive maps webpage to use.
A Mitigation Plan. A Property & Topo map can be downloaded from the county interactive maps webpage to use.

Fees/Bonds

All fees can be found in the Environmental Fee Schedule. For additional information, contact the Planning & Zoning department at 410-535-2348.

A $75 Critical Area and Non-Critical Area Vegetative Removal Permit Review (includes inspection if needed) fee will be due at time of permit package submittal.
A refundable planting bond is required to assure adequate survival of the required planting. Bonds can be found in the Environmental section of the Environmental Fee Schedule.
