The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners’ (BOCC) upcoming meetings will be held at 10 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, located on the second floor of the Circuit Courthouse, 175 Main St. in Prince Frederick.

Public access to any audio, video, internet or web-based broadcast of the meeting will be discontinued when the public body enters into a closed session. Each meeting may experience unique circumstances that may require last minute changes in protocol, including cancellation or rescheduling.
Public Hearings will also be held virtually. Like the BOCC meetings, the public is encouraged to attend by viewing the live stream on the county’s website, or call the phone numbers above and entering the meeting code above to listen to the board’s meeting.
If you wish to speak at this public hearing, please press *9 when the floor is opened for public comment. Speakers will be identified by the last four digits of their phone number and unmuted when called on. Speakers will be asked to state their name and address. Speakers who are providing comment as individuals will be allocated two minutes. Speakers who are the designated representative of a group will be allocated five minutes.
Comments will be limited to two minutes for an individual and five minutes for the designated representative of a group. The comments regarding a public hearing matter may also be mailed to the attention of the Clerk to the Board, 175 Main St., Prince Frederick, MD 20678.
