Pamela Lucas, associate county attorney, holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore. She has been the associate county attorney for Calvert County since November 1998. She previously served as the coordinator for the Calvert County Local Management Board between 1995 and 1998. Her experience includes: employment matters, administrative, trial and appellate litigation, contract review and negotiations, legislative matters, land use and environmental law compliance and animal matters. Lucas is a member of the Maryland State Bar, the Federal Bar Association and the Calvert County Bar Association. She has served as a member of Calvert Hospice, CalvertHealth Medical Center and the Judicial Nominating Committee.
