Dunkirk Town Center Master Plan Update

The Planning Commission endorsed a three-phased process to update the Town Center master plans: issue identification, plan development, and plan adoption. The Dunkirk Town Center update is currently in the second phase: Develop the Plan. The Planning Commission acknowledged three focus areas for the Dunkirk Town Center Master Plan Update: Land Use; Roads, Traffic and Public Walkways; and Economic Vitality.
