Architectural Review Committee - St. Leonard Town Center
The Committee makes recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding approval of exterior design features of public and private sector buildings, structures, and signs on the basis of the Town Center (TC) architectural appearance standards and criteria; promotes awareness of good design within the community; and reviews master plans and make recommendations.
There shall be five members appointed by the BOCC, of which at least:
one member shall have experience in architecture, landscape architecture, historic preservation, urban design, planning, engineering, or related fields.
one member shall be an owner of a business located within the TC.
one member shall be a resident who is not connected with a business within the TC.
Exceptions in the criteria may be made by the BOCC in the event there are not enough qualifying applicants. The term of each member shall be four years.
